Background

Hoya sigillatis is a flowering plants species belongs to the dogbane family Apocynaceae. It can be found living in natural habitat at Borneo island. It is part of Acanthostemma section of Hoya which is thought up of the words Acantho, which means "thorny," and stemma, which means "crown." The unique corona form is referred to as Acanthostemma. This plant thrives in a hanging basket and requires a very loosy substrate that can retain humidity. One of the Hoya species that thrives in higher light levels.

Wait for longer gap between watering in winter as most of the wild specimen has it's habit on defending its life by dormancy. Make sure your plant medium get fairly dry.
