Background

A species of climbing plant from Sumetera, Java, Sulawesi, and Maluku (Batjam Island and Seram Island) is called Rhaphidophora korthalsii. A perennial climber on dipterocarp forests in disturbed or primary areas, on both lower and upper hills, between 10 and 1.700 meters above sea level. the majority of the time on stony hills and sporadically on freshwater swampland areas in the rainforest. It grows differently in this particular specimen, with widely pinnated green leaves that are indigenous to Papua New Guinea. A trully magnificent wonder that rarely available in Papua region, even not yet described in scientific research.

Wait for longer gap between watering in winter as most of the wild specimen has it's habit on defending its life by dormancy. Make sure your plant medium get fairly dry.
